After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from the hair.

Apply the conditioner evenly through the mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the roots. Distribute it using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.

Leave it on for approximately three minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.
